Hey hey mister policeman!
While it's too early to celebrate, today's meeting was... definitely a step in the right direction. I talked to a lawman today. ("Lawman" sounds cooler than "police"...) I told him -every- detail about the whole affair, and he responded that their case seems absurd at best, and that it was scare tactics and blackmail. If they chose to take the matter to the court, the case will get dropped immediately, or the matter will be settled through a graphologist, in which case I have nothing to lose, and they have -everything- to lose.
Still, they're a cunning bunch, so the battle is still not over quite yet. Still, it's good to know that the police is on my side in this case.
Oh, and it seems he knew about them from before, so he is going to tip the economy division down in Sundsvall about their somewhat lacking bookkeeping. That could potentially turn interesting.
